Week #3 - #4 recap The Wake Up Call

The week 3 class I missed because of feeling under the weather.  I did not have a class weigh-in for that period.

Week 4
I made a comment to the dietician before the class about how difficult it is to track food intake.  He did not really respond to it.  There were a few people unhappy with their results and giving excuses.  Well, the session ended with the dietician asking everyone how bad do they want it.  He had us all turn to the first week in our workbook to a question that asked us to rate on a scale of 1-10 how important is it for you to make a change.  Everyone said either 8, 9 or 10.  He said to think about that, and look back at our previous weeks and see if you gave it that amount of effort.  Is there any more that you could have done?
How bad do you want this?  You are giving up 1 hour of your time each week to do this.  Why are you doing it?  I admit that I was not tracking everything and still eating things that I shouldn't.  I was not making exercise a priority.

That was a good wake up call for me.  Time to put the pedal to the floor and bring it next week.

The weigh-in for this week went well.  I was 287.1 pounds.

This is three weeks in a row of losses.  This is a streak baby!!!
