Well, another week is completed. The assignment last week was not only tracking our eating habits but to also determine the calories consumed. I was advised that this week we should be aiming for 2000 calories. There recommended an app called FAT SECRET to track our weight and calories. This app allowed the dietician to track our progress. I found this task to be somewhat difficult. I was half assing it. The scale agreed with me.
My weight for this week was 288.8
That was a loss of 1.1 pounds. It is good, but not as good as last week.
