This week started with being on a low carb way of eating. The first class the I attended issued us a book and asked us to just write down everything we eat in a day. They took all of our starting weights. I weighed in at 293.5. They didn't want to figure calories, just write it down. This made me more aware of the things that were passing through my lips.
Whatever I did apparently worked because during my weight was down 3.5 pounds to 289.9.
This was a huge confidence booster for me to keep going. I have been through this many times before though. When you start off the weight change is usually caused by water weight.
I am still not making it to the gym as much as I want to.
Next week I need to keep the momentum going to continue my journey.
