Starting a weight loss and exercise class

I started the MOVE! program on January 9th.  This program is one day a week self-managed program offered by the VA.  We go for an hour and listen to a dietician and a psychologist talk about making changes in diet, mindset, and exercise.  The ultimate goal is to lose weight and make it sustainable for the long term.  The first thing you do each week is doing a weigh-in.  I look at it as a good accountability tool for me.
We shall see what wisdom the class will offer and if it will make a difference.
