Late Week: 11 and 12 Progress Report

Week 11:Looking back at this last week, I can see where I did not follow my guidelines.  I have have gotten away from drinking the daily amount of water I used to.  I also have been making poor choices with what I have been eating.  We have been eating out several times this week.  There were more fried/breaded foods that I consumed.  This will be one of the reasons for the less then stellar performance this week.
Action Plan:  

  • restock food coffers
  • minimize the eating out, and make better choices when doing so
  • reduce amount of milk intake to reduce carbs
  • drink more water
  • cut out all sweets until mini goal weight of 220 is achieved
  • prepare lunches and dinners ahead of time 

The truth is in, and it shows.  I am down just over half a pound. I have managed to recover from the past weeks increase.  I am heading back in the right direction.

Week:12
                        This week I followed the action plan that I set in the previous week.  I felt a lot better not taking in as much of the milk and getting back to water.  I still use milk in my protein shakes, but got back to water at my meals.  This is the last Monday of the month, and its time to check in against my mini goal that I set for myself at the beginning of the month.  I wanted to be at 246# by today.  This will keep me on track towards my main goal of 220 by May 19th.  So this is where we are as of 7 a.m. today.
Just barely met the mini goal for the month.  It has been a roller coaster ride for this month.  The sickness I had hampered my losses and it took a few weeks to recover.  I have decided to set a new mini goal for the month of February.
My new target number is

This is the month that I say goodbye to the 240's. I'll be able to check that box come the 27th.

Stay the course, think fruit instead of sugary snacks...i want to see a 220 lb Steve in May!
