Week 5: Progress Report

Welcome back to another progress update from the road of re-inventing Steve. I was very excited this week to see if my streak has continued, and if I have smashed through into the 250's.  Like I said last week it has been a very long time since I have seen 250 something on the scale. 

Well without any more delay here is are the results.



I have stayed consistent with my one pound weight loss.  This week has been a little harder then the last few as far as eating.  We spent most of the week eating out on the go.  I did not waiver from my low carb choices when eating dinner.  There was no fast food or other things.  
I have made a commitment to myself, that this week I will tighten up the game better and eat more meals at home.  It is tough with all the shopping and other activities going on.  I have come this far already, and like an escape convict says....

I have set myself a mini goal to be 251# or less by 12/31/16.  That will give me an even 30 pound weight loss going into 2017.  That is 19 days if my New England math is correct.
