UPDATE....Time to regroup and refocus

OK, so here is the low down on the remaining of the week. I'm still down the three pounds, but I have not been following the fast for the last day or so. I will say that I feel a difference in my energy since the change back to what I used to eat. I feel the drag. It is reinforcement to get back on the fast to feel better. I have not given myself a fighting chance for success in this. I have not made it one full day on just juice. This week has been a lesson on what not to do. I guess I learned something this week. If there is a positive to come out of this, that is it.
I found at work, I always feel like I'm going to be hungry after lunch. I will bring extra juice to work in case of hunger. I have read that the hunger pains will subside after about 5 days. I just have to get to the 5 day mark.

What have I learned from this week of juicing?

I have learned green juice's taste better that green smoothies ( no pulp )

I feel better while juicing

I have to pre make my juice for work.

I needed to bring extra to work.

I need to pre plan my meals and get enough produce

Certain juice have great effects on certain body functions

Make the juices with a little more fruit to be enjoyable


So its's off to get the supplies tomorrow, and tighten up the ship and carry on.
