It's go time!!!

I have decided to follow up with the breakthrough and go finally go to the action phase.  I have wanted to do a week long juice fast, but decided to extend it for 30 days.  This will bring me to my golf trip to Cape Cod.  I did make a promise to myself a while ago to lose 20 pounds by the trip.  I have started the fast on 4/8/16.

This is the first update since my initial start. I have lost 3 pounds so far. This is exciting to see so early in the process.  I feel like I have so much energy.  I have not been following 100% with the fast.  There have been issues that have come up, some logistical and some mental.  I have powered through these issues and not scrubbed the entire day.  I have managed to give up my at least a 2 liter a day soda habit.  I think it was more.  There were days where I added up to a 1000 calories a day just in soda consumption.  That's out of control!!!
    
I need to do some more prep work each day, so I will be able to have enough juice for lunch. I need to take the positives of the weight loss and the better all around feeling and parlay it into the remaining days of this first week.
