Example: I am a size Large leg length and an XL in the waist. There is no room for a hem in active wear. It was rather disappointing to go shopping. I was looking forward to some new clothes.
**I now have a new goal of fitting into the right size clothes for my height and weight.
I will post this on my top 10 transformation goals.
Status report:
I have still not been to the gym. I don't know why I have not made it. I have had plenty of time. This needs to change.
I have been taking my BP medication and have no felt any different. The doctor advised me that is what will happen.
I have been doing some research on recommended vitamins and minerals to take to combat Type 2 Diabetes. I went out and got them on Wednesday. The articles all said to get:
Cinnamon
Magnesium
Vitamin D3
Biotin
Chromium
These will provide better metabolism of the blood sugar and lower triglycerides. Its a win win, seeing both are elevated. I am really against going on any Diabetes medication. I would like to take a more natural approach and fight it with diet, exercise, and vitamins/minerals. I have a week before my next appointment. I will be interested to see if all the vitamins make a difference.
What 2 things am I going to do better tomorrow?
- I am going to make it to the gym.
- I am going to reach more than 5000 steps
