Today took me a little bit to wake up this morning. I made it to the gym by 5:10 AM. Today was a cardio days I can get away with being a little bit late. I was able to get in 50 minutes on the elliptical machine. It equated out to about 5 miles and 600 calories burned. I did it on empty stomach, so I was really hungry when I was done. I managed to keep it to a protein shake and a carnation instant breakfast scoop as my recovery drink. I find that that's really tasty and it is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a meal replacement shake.
