Let the games begin once again....

OPERATION FAT BLASTER is in effect.

Well it feels like I have come full circle. It was a challenge that started last year on Oct 2nd that got me dedicated to losing weight and re-lit the fire in me to do something about it. I had progressed very well until I had started a new job and I had to go out of town for training. I missed two weigh ins and was removed from the competition. It sucked, but I continued through. Here I am back where I started one year later. Last time I started at 260#. I was true to my word that I would not see 260# again. I have hovered around the 250's. I left the last competition at 242#, that was a loss of 18 lbs. I was on a roll. There is nothing standing in the way this time. I am setting the bar high this time. I am looking to break the 200# mark by Jan 5th. That is 50+ pounds. If I can get 18 in just over 45 days then I can get 50. If I do my math correct, that would be roughly 21% weight loss. I would hope that would be enough to take the top spot. That would be an EPIC start to my best year ever.
