Today was a regular cardio day. I wanted to get back into the running thing again, so I decided to do the last 20 minutes on the treadmill get a baseline for my mile and a half. I completed the mile and a half in 18:54. There is only one place to go from there. DOWN!! I did not do an all out run the whole time. I did 2 min @ 6 -7.0 then 1.5 min@ 2.5. I did that for the whole 20 minutes. Once I get used to that I will increase the run time to 3 minutes and recover time to 1 minute. This will decrease my times eventually. I don't want to over do it to soon.
