Progress:
I got back to schedule today. It is the favorite day, upper body. I really felt good through out the entire work out.
The flat bench and military presses did not hurt my shoulder at all. I stayed at full weight on the flat bench and dropped down 10 pounds on the military press. I will see how it feels on Friday, but I am going to stay with the reduced weight atleast for this week.
My nutrition was screwed up as usual. I had to attend an event for work. I did not bring any food for the day, so I had to scrounge the food tables for decent food. It was blueberry muffins and water for snack and lunch. I had a turkey and lettuce wrap for dinner with a water. I managed to get in some grapes in between.
It wasn't the best day but I felt like Bair Gryls trying to hunt for food. LOL
