I followed up a great workout with a great day of nutrition. I followed then plan give or take a half hour. What I planned I ate today. I felt great. I was unable to get the shake in later in the night because we were so busy up until close.
I am very happy with myself. I still have some cottage and yogurt for tomorrow too.
I got an interesting message from Tyson today. He is a 2008 Transformation champion. He just happens to live 20 minutes away from me. I will quote it for you.
Ok Steve here we go,
I can get a 1 week pass for you to Fitness
First. We will work out together for that first week. I will give
you the book prior and 1 box of Right Light to get you through that week.
All we have to do is come up with a schedule for it. After the week is
over I will give you another box of Right Light and any other Transformation
stuff I can find. Like I said last night I swear by the stuff and know if
you stick with the plan for that week, the results you see will keep you
rolling. I can start Monday the 5th if that works for you.
He is one of the original champions. I am going to take him up on his offer. I need all the help and knowlege I can get. No sense in re-inventing the wheel. Modeling is the quickest way to get to where you want to be. Do the same thing some one else did and get the same results.
