This has been an excellent Thursday. Everything has been going well. I have a good plan, and a lot of dedication.
I did my 6.3 miles on the elliptical. I am planning my upper body workout tonight, so I can keep focused.
I had a great plan for nutrition. My actual needed a little more help. I got in the first 4 but then I did not get in the 7:30 meal.
I got in the last one when I got home.
I am not upset at this at all. I stuck to it and followed the plan. I ate good stuff and good size portions. I made a great lunch that I had to talk about. I slow cooked a boneless porkchop w/ enchilada sauce. I chopped a zucchini and cooked it in the microwave with a sweet potato.
It was like the next food network star in our break room.
