Six weeks down!!

Wow!!! It is weird to be 6 weeks into this. That's one third of the challenge down. The trial period is over and it's time to get down to the last 12 weeks of the challenge.
I have been doing very well with making it to the gym. This has been automatic. I have been making it between 5 to 7 days a week (schedule permitting on weekends). I am seeing some good changes in my upper body. I have been feeling really good also. I haven't had any physical setbacks.
I have been back using the basic supplements like meal replacements, protein and I just recently started with a creatine mixture. I really feel and see a difference after using it. It not only has three types of creatine, it also has a NOS booster in it. I can really feel that too. I realize that my weight may take a hit because of the creatine and the water consumption, but that's the trade off I'll have to make.
My diet had been pretty good, until recently. I started to go back to the old bad ways. This is bad news to weight loss. It's like running with a rope tied to your belt. I am working real hard and not going anyway. Play time is over, boy!! It's time to get real. There is 12 weeks left to this challenge and I only have 9 pounds lost. I wonder what I could have done if I had my act together from the beginning? I am not going to be real hard on myself though.
I had a lot on my plate to change all at once. I have managed to stay soda free since June 8th. This in itself takes some extreme willpower. I have been to the gym nearly everyday for the last 6 weeks. I have made some great strides this time. I would have quit the challenge by now because things were not going perfect. That was what I did on the previous three. I changed my outlook to it's all about consistency. I will do my official weigh in and photos tomorrow.
