First Quarter situation report

I can't believe it, it is the end of week #4 already. This is roughly the end of the first quarter of this 18 week challenge.
I feel different in just the few short weeks I have been doing this too. I will admit that I am not following my plan to the letter, but I am following the outline at least. There are things that have been going well and things that need some work. I will start off with the good things:

  • I have lost 9 lbs since beginning this challenge on June 21, 2010
  • My clothes are fitting a little looser
  • I have been 41 days without soda of any kind
  • I have a lot more energy throughout the day
  • I have managed to work out for six days a week for the last 4 weeks

These are all awesome things, but with the good there is always things that can be done better.

  • I have not organized my food menu, or kept a food journal
  • I have had some unauthorized foods on days when I should not have

They are not many, but they do play a big part in transforming my physical body. I can't say that I am not following the plan because I really don't have a plan written down. This is something that needs to be addressed by the end of week #5.
