End of the first week

Progress:

I either missed the alarm or was so tired when I went to bed at midnight that I forgot to throw the on switch. I think it was the second because if it went off my wife would have shoved me until I turned it off. What is the plan for the make up? I will hit the gym nice and early 7am. Get in the legs and back exercise from today and then get in the 1 hour of cardio for Saturday. So two hours in the gym. I will be feeling awesome and alive when I get home.

This week has been going pretty well. I have jumped into this like I have in the past. Once I get through the upcoming week without flaw I know I will continue on. I usually end up bailing during the second week. I have a new accountability partner on Transformation.com. Her name is Jillian. We seem to be on the same sheet of music as far as goals. I think it will be the thing that pushes me over the transformation summit and on to changing all the things I set out to do.

I am doing the P90x strength workouts. I am doing steady state cardio for 1 hour sessions on the off days. I live on a second floor now so i can't be jumping around like a monkey. If I can find an area to do the plyo in I will try to fit some in. I really like that tape even though I have not finished it yet. Killer!!!!!! I love almost throwing up after the chest and back routine. You haven't worked out hard until you throw up.

I have been doing alright with the other programs I have been doing.

Personal Power: I still need to do Wednesday lesson and listen to both Thur and Fri. Yeah a little behind.

Transformation: I have completed assignment #1 about where I am currently and where I want to be in 18 weeks. I also completed Assignment #2 about the importance of exercise and having support during it. I have to check with my partner and make sure we are caught up.

Design the next 10 years: I am way behind on this program. It is my fault. I just need to take the time to focus on how much I have not done in the past 10 years. I am behind on Assignment #1 and #2 as of tomorrow. This is the wrong compound effect I was looking for.
