Progress:
Today was a great finish to a great first week. I hit the machines for cardio this morning. I got in my hour. I also completed 6.5 miles. I have been a monster this week. My diet was good to start off with I tried to stay pretty good. I thought about it and after my weigh in this morning ( willtalk about that in next post) I decided that the rest of it was to be a few free meals. I don't feel bad for them. I actually feel pretty good after. I used to get wiped after the cookouts, not today. I am progressing.
I am going to take this great progress and continue it to this upcoming week. I can feel some great things happening this week.
