Today is the first day of the challenge on Transformation.com. It is an exciting day to be on the site. Whole changing as I write this. The book is finally come out. It is a great time to be a member of the site.
I went to the gym this morning. I started with a five-minute warm-up, then started my P90X chest and back routine. I started with push-ups, and then I got a pain in my left shoulder. I stopped and then alter the plan to bench press with high wraps. My shoulder felt fine, so I continued with the bench press. It was a great alternative. The assistant pull up machine was also broken, so I performed a lap pull downs with high weight. It still worked the same muscles. I guess this is just the day of adjustments right off the bat.
I listened to my first tape of the Anthony Robbins personal power two series. The answers are as follows:
Assignment #1: What two things can you do, that when done will change your life for the positive.
Call back a job recruiter for a local company for a position that pays more than what I have now.
Apply for a supervisor position at my present job location, which will lead to more responsibility and a pay increase.
I have just reviewed assignment one in the 18-week Transformation challenge. I should be completing this by tomorrow.
I have also been reviewing the first assignment from Darren Hardy's book, “Designing the next 10 years.” This will take a little bit of work, but I should have it done within the next two days.
