Week #1 weigh-in day

Well, this first week went pretty well. It really hasn't been a week, but more like five days. I have felt really solid with my workout execution. I have been getting in the amount of cardio burn. The diet has been hit or miss. I have reduced portion sizes, and now i need to start eating a little better stuff. Well as you can see from the picture I have lost 2 lbs. That is on track with the goals that I set last week. My current weight is 250.5 lbs. Last week is over, and the only easy day was yesterday. I need to keep looking forward and stay focused. That's all I can ask of myself.
