Week #1 Day #2

This morning was a tough one. The alarm went off at 4:30, I got up and fought myself not to jump back in. I put my stuff together and headed out anyway. I look at this as a TRIUMPH!!!! It was a great workout too. Today was a cardio only day. I got in the following: Elliptical 60 minutes 864 (approx. cals burned) 1.90 miles Level 12 I still have a few more cals to go for the 1000, but this was a great morning workout. I think I'll take the boy to the park today. I did it all on an empty stomach, so I know I had to break into that stored fat for somewhere. This combined with the change in diet should propel me towards my goal quickly. I have been used to drinking a 2 liter / day of soda and other assorted sweets. Cutting these things out alone will make a huge difference.
