Progress:
Today is the beginning of the Second Chances challenge. I woke up on time this morning at 4:30 and went to the gym. I got in a great workout. I got 45 minutes of cardio for an estimated 740 calories burned. I also got in a 45 minute upper body weight session. I feel great... Well my starting weight as of this morning is 252.5 lbs I still intend to stick to my goal of at least 10% weight loss (25lbs). I also am aiming for a target of 1000 calorie burn per day. This will give me approx. 6000 cal burn per week. This equates to roughly 1.5 lbs per week. I will already be in a deficit of between 500 to 1000 calories through diet, so combined it should show some good results. I just need to concentrate daily on my diet intake. It's like the Darth Vader to my Luke Skywalker. The diet is always trying to call me to the dark side and to give in to the force. Well Vader hate to tell ya but i am about sick of the "force" making me fat. I have to find me a yoda. You know, someone to talk gibberish to me and somehow teach me something about myself in the end. Well one step at a time, and one day at a time.
