
It was a bad week in Whoville. I had my sons birthday party on Sunday. I, of course, ate bad there (hamburgers, smoked chicken, potato salad, and the evil soda). Then when you make all the food for the party there is always on guest that stays, and their name is left overs. More temptations for this fragile mind. It continued into the week and has been a disaster.
Bottom line is I have lost all the ground that I have gained the last two weeks. I have heard that if you do something for 21 days it will become a pattern. Well the only problem is to be able to keep the blinders on for 21 days. I am very disappointed yet again. I am not going to let this beat me down. I am going to get back in the wagon quickly and keep moving on. I can say that planing has not been as good as it should be. I still need to make that menu for a week. I have 90 days until the end of the year. There are no B-days or parties for the next two months. The path is clear, so it's time to put the blinders on and go straight for the goal.
I have up'd the incentive a little. I joined a 90 day challenge where the first place prize if $430. There are 42 other people competing against me. If that's not more motivation, I don't know what is. It just got real interesting.
