This is the reality of where I am. Just one bad week erases all the positive progress. This shows that it's all about nutrition. The weights come second. Control what goes in your mouth and you can get control of weight loss. The time to get real is now, and I have to get my ass in gear. There are 42 other people, most who have a plan of attack. I know that I know what to do. I just need to pull the trigger and do it. 260# should be a wake up call. RING!! RING!! Hello FAT BOY you are 260# what are you gonna do about it. Remember all the fun you had when you weighed half of what you do now? Yeah want that back FAT BOY? STOP shoveling junk down your throat, and hit the gym and you can look like what ever you want. DO YOU HAVE THE CHARACTER? This is Mr. Opportunity knocking giving you a big reason to do this. LETS ROLL!!!!
