Progress:

Today was a pretty good day being a cold rainy Sunday. In fact it snowed in Foxboro for the Patriot game. Foxboro is about 2 hours to the east of me. No snow here just cold rain. I went ot the gym around noon and got all my work out in. I made sure to stretch out well. Idid the leg workout first then finished off with the cardio power hour. I will say that my butt did not hurt at all the whole time. Yeaaaah!! The blister is starting to shrink, so I guess its a win win all the way around. I had a tempting time tonight at a family dinner. I was tempted, but I gave the cravings the finger and stuck to the plan. It was all the favorites, pot roast, potatoes mashed and cut up, butter nut squash, spaghetti squash, rolls, and the ultimate, birthday cake and ice cream for the mother in law. I had a 5 oz piece of roast w/ a scoop of butter nut squash and spaghetti squash and a helping of carrots. Chase that with 16 oz water and you have a meal to be happy about. Another week is upon us, and I look forward to it. I have an upper body workout scheduled for the morning along with my cardio hour of power.
Predictions:
  • I don't make many, but I am expecting to be at 246 lbs by Fridays weigh-in.
  • I am looking to beat the 5% weight loss mark this week.

Yep, you're right. I am trying to be positive about the YogaX thing. In fact, this morning I made a comment to my friend Pitbull on WLW who is doing P90X as well. I told her that we probably think Yoga X sux because we're not very good at it, and by the third month, we'll be killing it too! :o)
