Progress:
Today I missed the morning call to action, so I waited patiently until the evening. I stayed on point all day with the eating. I made it to the gym at 8pm and did my upper body workout first so I would not miss my date with the television and the elliptical machine. I am really liking the new show on NBC called TRAUMA. I got in 30 minutes prior to and did the entire hour of the show. It's just a blur. I feel great! I am a little worried about this weeks weigh in. I have been doing what I need to do everyday, but I got a feeling the well is going to run dry soon. My body has to rebel sometime. I know it will be temporary, but it will still suck. I guess I ran out of sweat and it dragged my positivity out. I need a positivity drink to reload I think. There is still four more days till go time, so I as Tony Horton says, I'll DO MY BEST AND FORGET THE REST!!!

Man dude, thats just some crazy cardio action! Your putting in amzing work, I'm sure your gonna nail your weigh in. And even if your off, like you said, you feel great! Some stupid scale aint gonna show you that!
