
The baseline stats were taken just never posted. I was to involved in doing and not posting. This is a good thing though. These were taken as of Monday 9/14/09.
They are as follows:
Weight: 262
BF%: 34.83
Neck: 18.75
Chest: 47.5
Waist: 48.5
Hips: 45
Bicep (L): 16
Bicep (R): 16.5
Thigh (L): 27
Thigh ( R): 27
Forearm (L): 13
Forearm ( R): 13.5
They are basically the same from June except for the weight gain. It was such a wake up to see it top the 260's. I don't know why people put so much emphasis on things that end with a zero. People celebrate with a bigger party at 30, 40, 50 than they do on 29, 39, 49. The same goes for weight. I don't get it but I guess I do it to. I guess that if the fist two numbers are the same the third number doesn't matter until it hits 9 then it's important. My rant for the day.
The new season of The Biggest Loser has begun. I look at those people who are 400 pounds and say that I will never get that way. Instead I keep going as it slowly creeps pound after pound unnoticed until the pants and suit jacket don't fit. Then you ask myself what happened. HOLY COW I'm out of control, I have to do something about it. You know there are a few women that are between 250 and 300 pounds on the biggest loser? Women.... They are doing something about it, and it's time to do the same. I'll post the end of week #1 stats tomorrow.
The only easy day was yesterday!!!

I watche dit, and did you see how much weight theyu lost in 1 week?? 12-24 lbs....that's crazy...buy it shows it you work your ass off harded than you want to, keep pushing, eat right and the weight WILL come off...that psycho Jillian said it best...it's up to you...no f'n excuses!
they do this for 8 hours a day. That reminds me of bootcamp. I got a lot slimmer when I left there. Crazy stuffthey put those huge people through. I am really surprised that they can hack all of it. A 444 lb man running. His knees must be like jelly.
