Well the end of week #1 results are in. I am very pleased at the progress so far. I realize that the loss may be from water weight, but I am happy still the same. I have lost 5.5 lbs this week. I am ready to work harder and move on to Week #2. This next week will be tougher because I got all the water out this week. Now it's fats turn to exit stage left.

Things to do better:
  • Follow a set menu to make sure I eat enough
  • Track caloric intake closer so I know where I'm at
  • Do not skip morning workouts
  • Go to bed earlier, by 10:00pm

OK...good start. If that can of alpo is the motivater, then keep it up...you dont want to puke in front of millions of people! Dont get discouraged next week, stick to your routine..trust it.
