Progress:
I had a good day today. I waited to go to the gym until the afternoon. I really felt like I gave it a level 10 experience. I did (3) 20 minute solutions again. That seems to be working well for me, I average about 157 BPM heart rate on the higher end, and at low end 128. I really rocked it! My eating was all right. I still need to eat more, especially when I strength train. I still did not get an exact calorie count. We will see how I do after this first wave. If there is a problem then I will tighten it up. I need to make a menu and stick with it. That way, I don't have to count calories every time I eat.
I finished my cardio party at around 3:30 PM. I did not eat again until about 6:30. I should not have done that.
I feel pain in my left heel for my planters fasciaitis. I have already been to the doctor and they gave me sole inserts to fix the problem. I just need to wear shoes inside though. I feel the pain more when I walk around barefoot. Tomorrow is the big day. It’s my first weigh-in and the end of week number one. Hopefully we will have a positive result.
