Well today was kind of a washout day. I missed my alarm in the A.M. I need to get to bad more towards 10:00 if I want to make it to the gym on a regular basis. I also need the recovery time. I was not able to go later due to family commitments. I look at this day as a free day and put it behind me. A good thing that happened is that I did not over eat. I know it was not the best balanced meals, but I am showing myself that I can get a grip on the eating if I just put my mind to it. I feel good about today even though it was poor day. Move on to the next day!!!!
