Progress:
I missed my morning workout time, so after everything was done I went at 10:00pm. I came back feeling great and showered and fell to sleep like a baby. The lower workout was taken at half speed to prevent initial soreness. I will step up the weight next time around. My nutrition was very good today. I was tempted by my son’s ice-cream snack but decided not to and pressed on. I am very proud of myself. If this was last week I would have ate it all. The dedication to the plan is there. I love it!!
