I was sore today in the outer pecs into shoulders. Figures! What ever you do you can’t get away from it. It was a good thing that today was a cardio day. I felt a little off. I did not take my thermogenics. They usually kick in after about 10 minutes. I don’t remember what I had for most of the day, but I know I ate clean and in calorie tolerance.
