Progress:
This is the first day back to an upper body workout. I don’t want to be sore, so it is modified just enough to know the muscles are there. I really wanted to get in the cardio today. That was something extra. I usually only do a 5 minute warm up. I decided to go the whole 20 minutes. The nutrition portion went well. I did not document as well as I wanted to. This is something that I need to do better throughout this week. I chose the ziti w/ meatball & sausage. I had to have it. I kept it in moderation. I had calories to give. This was a good start to the revolution. I just hope that the soreness is minimal.
