The streak continues!!!

Yesterday,
The streak continued for the third day. I got in a nice upper body workout, and finished it off with 20 minutes on the elliptical and 18.5 minutes on the tread mill. I got in my mile and a half towards the Sun. Check out the map, I have to give it to my sister for finding it. I knew there would be some way for me to track it and make it interesting for all of you.


I will definitely say that I have a renewed enthusiasm for this whole process. I am extremely proud of the fact that I am running, and actually want to be running. This has not been one of my strong suits for a long long time. I think it was in the military, and I really did not want to do it there either but boot camp has a way of making you do things you don't want to do.
The diet plan is continuing on without a hitch. It is easy now to track it. I did all the hard stuff, and I eat mostly the same stuff for snacks so it's easy to journal it. I seem to be getting between 1400 and 1800 calories per day. I think I need to be more closer to 1800 - 2000. I just need to do a little tweaking during the lunches and dinners. I still feel really good. I'm not dragging, but I know if I am over my time to eat. It is weird to look at a bowl of cottage cheese and yogurt and have it only be 140 calories. This is a good change, I can feel it.
