
Today is number two. The second consecutive day of exercise. There is a snowball a rollin. I will say that I woke up late 5:20am. Made it to the Hall of Lost Fat at 6am. Today was just a cardio day. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and followed it up with a 10 minute run on the treadmill. The burn off an estimated 540 cals. That then got me thinking about a way to track my cardio progress. I came up with tracking my total miles completed on the treadmill and track my way to the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino. I plan on staying there overnight and enjoying myself. This is my reward for completing the challenge and my goals. I will update the ticker everyday I run whether on the treadmill or outside. I plan to make it to Mohegan Sun by the end of this challenge. I will call it the Run to the Sun. I will try to figure out how to chart this on a map to show you weekly on the video. Boy this video will get so big I will have to sell commercial space. LOL
The diet is rollin well too. Like I said in the last post I will include a link to Steve's diet. It will send you to my diet log so you can see what I have done. You can also see the days before too.

I'm proud of you man...keep it up...Looks like I don't have to chase down a squirrel yet.
You may have to chase down a travel agent and a new pair of walking shoes.
