LowFatSteve is born again......HARD!!!!

Well after a shaky first four weeks. I had a conversation with the Fitness Mafia, and they made me an offer that I could not refuse. I was reminded of a certain responsability I had with a friend of ours that I was not taking care of. And also about a malfunction in that thing. Well I was shown the error of my ways and decided to pull an Emeril Lagasse and kick it up a notch.

I did make it to the Hall of Lost Fat today on time 5am. I completed my new favorite workout, Thee Lower Body Workout. This used to be my kryptonite, but now that I have been through the initial sore days it's a great workout day. I subject each leg to its own individual workout, so no one gets short changed. I love it. My single leg squats have increased to 340 lbs for 8 reps. I do the same type of workout with the hammys. I followed it up with a 20 minute session on the elliptical machine, and finished off with 20 minutes on the treadmill at 5 mph. That is complete for the day. Now I just have the diet portion. So far so good with that. My plan is to post a link to my total caloric intake on each post. So you ask where is it? Click on that link you just passed.

I want to share a comment someone gave me on the transformation site. I mentioned that I was upset with the effort I was putting in so far and they responded:

You can motivate others by continuing to share your honesty. By writing this
you have just relit the fire for so many of us who haven't been perfect. You
have put yourself out there and said that you have strayed fro your plan, but
you DID NOT QUIT! Isn't 50% better than 0%? Ramp it up to 75%, and then go for
it 100%! Thank you for your honesty. If you ever need support, just give me a
shout! I am just a click away! ~~Jen :)

This made me look at the whole picture and realize that she was right. 50% is better than quitting. There is a good bunch of people on this site. If you have not checked it out, I urge you to check out Transformation.com
