The answer is........ No free day for you. I don't want to interrupt the progress that I have made in the last week. I need to keep the fire burning at least till next Sunday then we'll talk about free day.
Today was all about diet. I was having a hard time keeping with the times on the weekends. We are always going places and I always get caught somewhere without water or food for the next meal. I have some protein bars that i bring now so I don't get caught unprepared. The water thing well I just have to stop at the store if we are out and get some. People who are not drinking a gallon of water a day do not understand what I feels like when you go too long without water. My body now tells me big time. Headaches, dry mouth, chapped lips. I make sure that I am on top of it now. It makes me feel so much better to keep my system flushed out. I get all that crap out that used to bring my body down.
I made it to the Temple of Fitness this afternoon. I decided to do a cardio only day. I also decided no treadmill. I wanted to give the knees and legs a rest from the impact. I went with the favorite. Elliptical!! I did 40 minutes there and burned another 460 cals. I will get back to the running routine tomorrow. By the way this is day #4 of the streak. Just a reminder......

Maps look good. Just a question - I see the one push pin that has your workout info on it. There are a bunch of other pushpins... what are those for?
They are for each individual work out and how much I did.
