Monday, I was feeling a little fatigued in the legs and knees. The schedule for today was a lower body workout. I made the executive decision to take a rest day or free day. I normally will schedule it for Sunday but I wanted to keep the momentum going this week. I should of taken it. Well with a free day comes free diet day too. I will say that I stayed on track for most of the day anyway. The only thing for cheat day was a Friendly's Sundae. I don't feel bad for it at all. This is what free day is about. To take a break from the diet and exercise for one day and get back to it for the other six days. I think it was a good idea to do it, I felt much better at the end of the day and woke up feeling ready to take on the fitness gods for the next week. I do not hold this against my consecutive streak because it is in the program. We will pick up with day #5 tomorrow. Stay tuned....
If my motivation was a drug, I'd sell it by the gram....
