That's right the streak has continued for the 5th day. Today was a Lower Body Workout the choice of a new generation. I love these exercises. I am getting ready for my baseball season to start up again. I got an E-Mail from my old coach asking if I was playing this year. He said he needed a catcher and some pitching. Well....... I can help there, with both. I told him I would be willing to handle the catcher roll. That means I better work on those legs a little more. I also got in some cardio. I did the usual trip, 20 min on the elliptical followed by a 1 1/2 mile run on the treadmill. I need to continue my run to the sun. The food side continued in a positive direction. I stayed in the calorie range that I wanted. I am eating between 5-6 protein and carbohydrate meals per day. I am keeping my intake at around 1800 cals give or take 100 cals. This is giving me a deficit of about 600 calories per day. I hope to see some results soon. I figure with the food deficit and the calorie burn of between 500 to 800 in exercise per day I should be losing some weight. I am preparing my update video for later today (Wednesday). I took the stats on Sunday so they would be accurate. I am going to post some pictures on next weeks update. Hopefully it will show something, it would be nice.

Too bad I didnt live closer...I'd play ball with you...we could play some catch. Anyway, I like the attitude I'm hearing...I'm telling you, It will become addictive soon, when your body adjusts, you will crave going to the gym and it won't feel like a chore. Great job steve! Now keep it up.
