The weather is here wish you were beautiful Day 16

Well, I apologize for the 4 day layoff. You did not miss much. The last entry was on Thursday the 11th. Well Friday was a monsoon in the morning and I did not go. Bad choice! Saturday I was the babysitter for the day while the wife went to New York for a day trip. She left before the gym opened and came back after it closed. Sunday was a bit of the same early Christmas party then errands all day ending with a trip to Mohegan Sun. Both go in the lost days column, and I wont get those back. I at least kicked the Indians in the giblets for 200 bucks. Personal victory! I reviewed the week and figured out I was at home more days than at the gym. This was not a positive step in the forward direction. The best thing to come out of this past week health wise is I lost another 2 lbs. I am down to 248. I did not even get the state of the workout video together on time. Seems to be my M.O. This time I cancelled it all together and will wait till this Sunday for the next edition.
I was looking at the last videos and I said to myself. I am really boring to watch with the monotone and all the ums. All I needed was a Boston accent and I could be frickin Teddy Kennedy. Tell me what you think. I promise to make it more appealing.
Monday morning I got back on the horse and trotted to the gym and had a great upper body workout. I got in my hour of power and all was well in the world again.
Today I also made it at 500am. I completed my cardio workout of 60 minutes on the elliptical. I really feel great after I finish that workout for some reason. I think I see some difference in the stomach but can't tell. I' ll post updated pictures this Sunday to compare. Well we are down to 48 lbs left to my goal. My aim is to keep moving forward and not back. I am making progress.
