Snow Removal --- Natural Cardio Day 20


Snow cones anyone? Ha ha ha We got dumped on last night. I think it was at least 9-10 inches. It felt like more though. It was light, but it came down most of the afternoon and evening. It took a lunch break over night and then started up again in the morning. It is still snowing as I write this message. I knew that it was going to be a lot so I went out twice yesterday to minimize the pain of today. It worked out well. I got a good two workouts in and another one this afternoon. We are supposed to get another 4-8 inches on Sunday into Monday. This was my son Ricky's first taste of snow we dressed him up in his snow suit. We took our little sumo wrestler out. He had fun.

Diet:

Well I will confess that I have not been strict on myself diet wise. I need to tighten up the diet reins and get back to business. I have been maintaining weight so that is good, at least it has not hurt me. I am still in the high 240's, but a good thing is that I'm in the 240's. I am having a harder time going to the gym these last few days because of the bad weather. Hey the Mustang just does not gallop through the snow like a clydesdale. You just sit and spin like Curly on the floor in the Three Stooges. NUK NUK NUK!!! There are 11 more days untill the beginning of the Transformation.com challenge.
