The road is clear now and we are moving towards the goal. I had a great day today. Today was an upper body day. I found that I was able to lift a little heavier then I used to. I really started to use the high point method that was explained in the program. This is a descending pyramid of sets. You are supposed to lift enough to be able to barely make the final rep. This was the first time that I lifted this way and it felt good.
The diet has come around since the other day. I have planned better and followed it closer. I also read a story from one of the past champions of Body for Life. He said that it was important to maintain the six meals time frame. He also said that if he missed a meal, it would not take much to go on a binge and eat things that were bad. So I look at this and know that it is a continuing struggle that others have faced and persevered through.
