The weekend is here and the first week is under my belt. This day was another great cardio day. I did another 60 minutes of interval training. I stayed in the zone for the most part, looking to stay between 139 - 166 beats per minute. I can feel the difference in my energy already. I am looking forward to the state of the workout weigh in and numbers tomorrow. I think there will be some differences this time. I don't think there will be much in the way of the pictures, but the numbers will show something good. Hey any loss is a good thing compared to the last week. In the words of Donald Trump, "your a complete disaster." I'm really happy that I did not let it get me down and I stuck with it.
Those who are not familiar with the target zone. Minus your weight from 220 and this is your maximum heart rate. I have embedded a chart to use for computing your optimum level.
