
I had a much better day and stayed on target for the most part. It was a cardio day for me, and I did 60 minutes broken up into 3 20 minute phases. I felt real good and got a good sweat out of it. I burned a lot of calories, just under 700. I checked the scale this morning. I know that I should not check until Sunday, but it was there and asking to be stepped on. So I did and it read 252. I lost two more pounds towards the goal. I was siked. Even though it is 2 pounds it is progress, and progress is motivation. There is a lot more to go, but I feel like an episode of the biggest loser. Just not as much weight not on TV and well ah forget it. I hope the rest of my measurements fall into place on Sunday.
