I had to submit a second entry for the day. I doubled up tonight and hit the gym for a cardio workout after dinner. I got in another 60 minutes on the eliptical and maintained the 155-166 bpm requiredto keep me in the zone. I really needed that tonight. I am still behind because of the last two days of no workout. I also wanted to get the session in because of the threat of an ice storm tomorrow. I figured that if I get it in now then if the roads are bad I don't feel as bad if I miss the cardio session. I hope it just stays as rain so I can go, we'll find out in the morning. I'm gonna keep this short, but remember:
