
Well as the title says ther was a kink in the plan last night. I cheated the diet with birthday pizza. I had a few slices. This is a minor set back because of special occasion. There will be many special occasions in the up comming weeks to contend with. I will try to stick to the principals of the diet as close as possible. I still feel sore from the Monday workout. The tri's and chest feel fine, now it's the lats from the pull ups. This should go away by the end of the day. Once this week is over and we get through all the muscle groups the after pain should not be as bad. It's the first week that is the big problem. This should be encouragement to not stop training because the pain to start is greater than the pain to keep going.

I feel like I should redo this initial week so that I don't have the soreness to take to the other days workouts, and the diet disaster too. We'll see what the measurements say at the end of the week. I'm not expecting much change.
