Strong week

This has been another strong week with food tracking and workouts.  I am really happy with my progress so far. I am looking forward to my weigh in on Thursday just to reinforce what I already know.  I have looked into who can assist me in my journey.  I need some people to keep me accountable.  I'm going to reach out to one of my old instructors.  He and his wife have been doing Keto for quite a while and have had really good results.  

Things to do better next week:

--Lower sodium intake to close to 2k g/day

-- Minimize the use of cheese

--Take BP daily to track for the Dr. Appt coming up in April
