Progress Report

This is the first progress report for 2011.  My plan is to lose 1.7 pounds per week to get to my goal weight.  I started out at 254 on January 1st. 
My projected weight for three weeks would be a 5.1 pound loss and be at 249.4 pounds.  I weighed in today at 249.0.  I am ahead of schedule by 0.4#.  I will take that considering I have been to the gym twice this month, and my diet has not been the greatest.  This is a small victory in the war.  The challenge is to continue the progress into the next progress report.

Life is more manageable when looked at as a scavenger hunt, than a surprise party.
