It's always something with me....always!!!!

This year has not started out the way I had planned.  First thing is I made it to the gym on the 4th.  I felt so crappy that I only did 20 minutes of cardio and then went home.  The killer is that I still felt like crap afterwards.  Sluggish and weak....  This was a precursor to the stomach virus that I had on the first day of my new job.  It lasted three days, with puking and diarrhea.  I think I lost a lot of weight those days.  Thats not the way I was looking to do it, but I'll take it anyway I can get it.  Then the third event hit me yesterday.  I was at work chewing gum and cracked a tooth.  I now cannot put pressure on my right side, so I guess its soup time for me.  I have not been to the gym since the 4th.  I am looking to try to make it there tomorrow if my mouth is feeling better.  


Prior to this whole ordeal, I was doing some short term goal planning to keep me on track with the big goal.  I figured that if I maintain a weekly weight loss of 1.7 pounds that will get me to my goal in the time line given.  I currently have a progress report every two weeks.  I need to change the interval of reports to every week.  This will allow for quicker adjustments to changes.  I will do the upcoming report and from then on every week there after.
